Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped, making it ineligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy:
We accept refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
To initiate a refund, please provide a photo or video as proof of the issue.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of drop shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
Items marked as final sale.
Personalized or custom-made products.
Orders that have been entered with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
